The following fees shall be collected by the Clerk of the Board of Trustees for the erection, location and inspection of monuments and headstones:
(A) For designating the location of the monument and inspecting the erection of the monument and foundation materials therefor: $25; and
(B) For designating the location and inspecting of the placement of small markers, headstones or plaques and for inspecting the foundation materials: $25.
