§ 92.081 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR MONUMENT, HEADSTONE; APPLICATION; APPROVAL OF LOCATION.
   (A)   (1)   No monument, headstone or marker of any kind shall be placed by any person on any tract, lot, part of a lot or burial space, without first having secured a permit therefor.
      (2)   Application for a permit to erect a monument, headstone or a marker shall be made in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Trustees on forms to be furnished by the city.
   (B)   No permit required by this section shall be granted until the site for its location has been approved by the Inspector for the Board of Trustees.
