§ 92.045 AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO RESERVE LOTS.
   The Cemetery Board of Trustees shall have the power and authority to reserve perpetually any tract, parcel, lots, lot or any part thereof, for landscaping purposes.
