§ 92.041 RESTRICTIONS ON ALIENATION OF LOTS; APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   (A)   No tract, lot or any part thereof in the city cemetery may be sold for resale or for any speculative purposes whatsoever.
   (B)   The transfer of any tract, lot or any part thereof may be made only with the consent of the Board of Trustees at a regular or special called meeting of the Board of Trustees.
