§ 92.037 COSTS OF LOTS AND PERPETUAL UPKEEP.

   A lot or portion thereof or burial space therein, together with the cost of perpetual upkeep, shall be sold in the Caledonia Cemetery for the following prices:

   (A)   Single burial space:

      (1)   Section A: $300;

      (2)   Section B: $400 (minimum purchase of two spaces required);

      (3)   Section C: $400 (minimum purchase of two spaces required);

      (4)   Section D: $600 (minimum purchase of two spaces required);

      (5)   Rosedale Section: $200;

      (6)   Roselawn Section: $200;

      (7)   Ranges Section: $200; and

      (8)   Evergreen Section: $200.

   (B)   One-fourth lot, consisting of burial spaces for three:

      (1)   Section A: $750;

      (2)   Section B: $1,000;

      (3)   Section C: $1,000; and

      (4)   Section D: $1,500.

   (C)   One-half lot, consisting of burial spaces for six:

      (1)   Section A: $1,500;

      (2)   Section B: $2,000;

      (3)   Section C: $2,000; and

      (4)   Section D: $3,000.

   (D)   One lot, consisting of burial spaces for 12:

      (1)   Section A: $3,000;

      (2)   Section B: $4,000;

      (3)   Section C: $4,000; and

      (4)   Section D: $6,000.
