§ 92.017 PERMISSION REQUIRED TO ENTER CEMETERIES; USE OF GATES.
   No person shall enter the city cemeteries at any time without permission and persons are hereby prohibited from entering or leaving the grounds of the city cemeteries, except through the gates provided by the city for that purpose.
