§ 92.015 OFFICE OF SEXTON CREATED; DUTIES.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Office of Sexton of the city cemeteries, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council.
   (B)   The Sexton shall perform the duties as may be prescribed by the Mayor and the City Council and shall receive the compensation as the Council may fix from time to time by resolution.
