§ 92.001 ESTABLISHMENT OF A CEMETERY OR BURIAL OF PERSONS RESTRICTED.
   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to establish a cemetery or to bury any person within the city limits or within one mile thereof.
