(A) The impoundment and kennel fee for animals impounded under this chapter shall be $30, plus $10 per day for each day of impoundment for the firs and second offense, $60 plus $10 per day of impoundment for the third offense and $90 plus $10 per day of impoundment thereafter.
(B) The impoundment and kennel fee shall be collected by and paid to the City Clerk, who shall remit funds to the City Treasurer.
