§ 91.058 REMOVAL OF “POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS” DESIGNATION.
   If there are no additional violations consisting of the behavior described within the definition of potentially dangerous animal within a 24-month period from the date of the designation thereof, the Animal Control Officer, at his or her discretion, may remove the animal from the registry of potentially dangerous animals at the owner’s request.
