§ 91.040 INOCULATION AGAINST RABIES.
   It shall be the duty of all animal owners to have all animals in the custody of such person annually inoculated against rabies. No license shall be issued under this chapter unless the animal owner exhibits a certificate of a veterinarian showing compliance with the provisions of this section.
