§ 31.07 REMOVAL OF APPOINTED PERSONS; STATEMENT REQUIRED.
   Any appointed officer or employee may be removed from office by the person appointing him or her. A statement of the removal, with the reasons therefor, shall be given to the City Council at the meeting next following the removal.
