§ 90.06 RECLAIMED VEHICLES.
   (A)   Any time before a vehicle is sold at public sale or disposed of as hereinafter provided, the owner, lienholder or other person legally entitled to possession may reclaim the vehicle by presenting to the Police Department or other person having custody of the vehicle proof of ownership or proof of right of possession of the vehicle.
   (B)   No vehicle shall be released to the owner, lienholder or other person under this section until all towing, storage charges and processing costs have been paid in full.
