§ 30.23 ORDER OF BUSINESS; MODIFICATION.

   (A)   The following shall be the order of business for the regular meetings of the City Council:

      (1)   Reading of minutes of previous meeting;

      (2)   Communications and reports of officers;

      (3)   Presentation of bills; and

      (4)   Other business.

   (B)   The order of business may be changed or varied from at any regular meeting upon the vote of a majority of the Council members (i.e., the Commissioners) present.
