§ 30.21 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   Special meetings of the City Council may be called by the Mayor or any two Commissioners upon a 24-hour notice to each member of the Council; however, the requirement of a notice as between the members of the Council shall not be binding in any special meeting at which all of the members of the Council are present.
   (B)   Notices required by this section may be served by any member of the Police Department or by any other person in the city. It shall be the duty of the City Clerk, when given copies of the notices, to serve them or cause them to be served immediately.
