The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the Council room of the City Hall. If any date for a regular meeting shall be a holiday recognized as such by state law or the United States, these regular meetings shall be held on the day following at the same time and place. In the event a different day for the same holiday is recognized by state law and the United States, the day recognized as a holiday by state law shall control.
