§ 50.20 COLLECTION TRUCK; SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, in person or by his, her or its agent, employee or servant, to use any vehicle to haul any kind of garbage, rubbish or ashes, whether liquid or solid, except in a truck specifically equipped with a self-compactor used exclusively for garbage or rubbish operations. However, the requirements for using the trucks equipped with self-compactors shall not apply to vehicles carrying brush cuttings, tree trimmings, branches, logs and similar waste material if such matter is securely lashed to the vehicle to prevent spilling or dropping at all times while the vehicle is in motion on any street or alley in the city.
   (B)   No person, firm or corporation licensed to collect garbage, rubbish or ashes within the city shall utilize a collection truck having three or more axles in residential districts without the expressed written consent of the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements.
