§ 50.17 TAMPERING WITH RECEPTACLES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall cause the removal, upsetting, mutilation, defacing or tampering with receptacles for garbage, rubbish or ashes or cause the contents thereof to be spilled or be strewn in or upon any public place or private premises.
