This investment policy applies to all financial assets of the city. The financial assets of the Sparta Public Library are subject to the direction of its respective Board of Trustees. The financial assets of the Municipal Civic and Cultural Fund are subject to the direction of its respective Board of Directors. The following funds are accounted for in the city’s annual financial report and include:
