§ 10.22 IMPOSITION OF CONVENIENCE FEES FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.

   The city may impose a convenience fee for any and all payments authorized by this code made by credit or debit card. The amount of the convenience fee, whether paid online or in person at City Hall, shall be $2.50 for each transaction.
