§ 10.21 PERFORMANCE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE; CREDIT AGAINST FINE AND COSTS.
   The city may allow and permit, in lieu of the payment of monies, any person convicted of a violation of a provision of this code of ordinances to perform community service to the city and its residents within the city limits, for not more than eight hours per day. Such person shall be allowed a credit not to exceed $80 for each eight hours of service to be applied to such fine, penalty and costs.
