§ 70.047 STORAGE AND PARKING OF TRAILERS ON PUBLIC STREETS.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, TRAILER means any non-self-propelled, wheeled vehicle, designed for carrying persons or property when drawn by a motor vehicle, including towed recreational vehicles.
   (B)   No trailer shall be parked on any public street or way unless it is properly licensed.
   (C)   No trailer shall be parked on any public street or way between sunset and sunrise unless it is marked with reflective materials that make it clearly visible to oncoming vehicles.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to store any trailer on any city street or other public way. For purposes of this section, STORE means to park for a period of more than 72 hours. Moving a trailer from one place to another on any public street or way shall not extend the number of days the trailer may be parked without violating this section.
   (E)   A warning or notice of violation of this section may be served by attaching or affixing it to the trailer or its cargo in any manner that is easily visible.
   (F)   Each day a trailer is parked or stored in violation of this section shall constitute a separate violation.
