§ 150.133 POWERS OF THE BOARD.
   The Board shall hear and decide appeals pursuant to Section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code (2006), and shall affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the City Code Enforcement Officer upon a concurring majority vote of the Board members present.
