This title and the map entitled "South Weber City Zoning Map", which is part hereof, is hereby declared to be a comprehensive amendment to the land use ordinance of the city, as amended. The existing land use ordinance, as amended, together with all maps, which are a part of said ordinance are hereby superseded and amended to read as set forth herein; provided however, that the ordinance codified herein, including the map entitled "South Weber City Zoning Map", which is adopted as a part hereof, shall be deemed a continuation of the existing land use ordinance as amended and not a new enactment; and the ordinance codified herein shall be so interpreted upon all questions of construction and to questions of conforming or nonconforming uses, buildings and structures and to questions as to the dates upon which such uses, buildings or structures become conforming and nonconforming.
