The International Plumbing Code, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of these ordinances. Any successive amendments, editions, and/or appendices adopted by the State of Utah is hereby incorporated herein by reference and shall be effective upon the date it is effective as a Utah State Statute.
