9-1-1: ADOPTION OF BUILDING AND RESIDENTIAL CODES:
   A.   Adoption Of The Building Code: The building code, as published by the International Conference Of Building Officials and currently adopted by the state of Utah by the uniform building standards act is hereby adopted by reference and made part of these ordinances. Any successive amendments, editions, and/or appendices adopted by the state of Utah are hereby incorporated herein by reference and shall be effective upon the date effective as Utah state statute. Copies of said building codes are on file in the office of the city recorder. (Ord. 13-01, 1-8-2013)
