8-1-14: FIRE HYDRANTS:

Water for the purpose of fighting fires will be furnished free of charge by the City. Installation and repairs on such hydrants shall be at the expense of the City and shall be made under the direction of the City. (1989 Code § 14-142; amd. 1998 Code)
