7-7-2: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
   REASONABLE NOTICE: Publishing a notice of the proposed disposition and of a public hearing before the city council to consider such disposition once in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
   SIGNIFICANT PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY: All real property. (Ord. 07-05, 3-27-2007)
