A. The subdivider shall pay for all outdoor street lighting fixtures.
B. The placement and installation of street lighting shall be in accordance with the adopted Development, Design, and Construction Standards.
C. The subdivider shall be required to get power installed into the subdivision and notify the City when power is available.
D. The City is responsible for ordering the streetlights. The streetlights shall then be installed and maintained by the City's authorized contractor.
