7-5-5: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
   A.   Diving And Jumping: It shall be unlawful for any person to dive, jump or otherwise remove himself from the top or side of any bridge in the City.
   B.   Loiter Or Remain: It shall be unlawful for any person to stand, fish, linger, loiter or remain on any bridge in the City, unless otherwise designated. This shall not prohibit any individual from using the bridge to walk from one side to the other. (1989 Code § 13-76-10-1114)
