A. Permit: Every person who drives any herd of sheep or band of horses, cattle or other animals upon any public street or highway without first obtaining a permit from the County Sheriff to do so is guilty of an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-9-1 of this Code.
B. Permission: No person shall drive livestock through the City upon streets not designated for that purpose, except upon permission and according to the direction of the County Sheriff. (1989 Code § 11-331; amd. 1998 Code)
