The Purchasing Agent may establish criteria in a Request for Qualifications or Request for Proposals by which the qualifications of a design professional will be evaluated as provided by Utah Code Ann. 63G-6a-1502.5. The Purchasing Agent shall follow all requirements of Utah Code Ann. 63G-6a-1501 et seq. in securing design professional services, including appointing an evaluation committee of at least three members.
