2-1-13: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

Department heads shall exercise supervision of all inventories of tangible City property within the control of or assigned to their departments. All City property located in warehouses and similar storage areas shall be inventoried annually. Accountability for the property shall reside with the respective Department Head.
