2-1-11: BUDGET LIMITATION:

No expenditure or encumbrance shall be made for any supplies, services, or construction project that exceeds the funded amount in the City budget, except as may be provided in an emergency situation. (Ord. 2020-01, 4-14-2020; amd. Ord. 2023-08, 6-27-2023)
