4-8-2: APPLICABILITY:

The provisions of this chapter apply to sound generated from real property located within the city. It shall have no applicability to all aspects of the employer-employee relationship concerning health and safety hazards within the confines of a place of employment. (Ord. 2022-09, 7-12-2022)
