4-3-3: IMPOUNDING:
The County Sheriff or any member of the County Sheriff's Department designated by the County Sheriff is hereby authorized to remove or have removed any vehicle left at any place within the City which reasonably appears to be in violation of this chapter or be lost, stolen or unclaimed or disposed of in accordance with State law. (1989 Code § 10-475; amd. 1998 Code)
