There is levied and imposed a tax on the rent charged to transients occupying public accommodations in an amount that is equal to one percent (1%) on charges for the accommodations and services described in Utah Code Annotated subsection 59-12-103(1)(i). (Ord. 19-01, 1-8-2019)
