3-9-8: PENALTY:
   A.   Failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a business license or permit.
   B.   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent or in any manner interfere with the enforcement of any penalty contained in any other chapter of this Code.
   C.   A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 19-07, 3-12-2019)
