3-8-19: TIME OF DAY RESTRICTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed or not, to solicit at a residence before nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. or after nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. Mountain Time, unless the solicitor has express prior permission from the resident to do so. (Ord. 09-12, 10-13-2009)
