3-6-8: NO ADDITIONAL LICENSE TO COLLECT; NO ADDITIONAL LICENSE OR REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:
No additional license to collect or report the Tax levied by this Chapter is required, provided the energy supplier collecting the tax has a license issued under section 59-12-106, Utah Code Annotated. (Ord. 98-023, 10-13-1998, eff. 1-1-1999)
