3-6-1: PURPOSE:
It is the intent of South Weber City to adopt the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax, pursuant to, and in conformance with, Utah Code Annotated section 10-1-301 et seq., "The Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax Act". (Ord. 98-023, 10-13-1998, eff. 1-1-1999)
