Effective with the date of this chapter, every commercial and/or industrial use, business, or similar non-residential enterprise occupying premises within the Village shall, through its appropriate officer or individual, complete and submit a "Fire Prevention Application Permit.” Such permit shall be completed in a form prescribed by the Fire Prevention Officer of the Village which shall be maintained at the office of the Building Department of the Village. The permit shall be effective for one year and shall be renewed annually thereafter. (Ord. 1989-16. Passed 2-27-89.)
