Any person or persons, either for themselves or as an officer, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation, who violates any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction of any subsequent offense, be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each day of storage, or each individual sale or exchange shall constitute a new, separate and individual offense.
