(a) No person shall serve as a fire safety inspector unless he has received a certificate issued under former R.C. § 3303.07 or § 4765.55 evidencing his satisfactory completion of a fire safety inspector training program.
(b) Enforcement proceedings for violations of the Ohio Fire Code, National Fire Prevention Association, and the Ohio Basic Building Code shall be as is prescribed within such code, R.C. Chapter 3737, and/or the Codified Ordinances of the Village of South Russell, to the extent they are not in conflict with the Ohio Fire Code, National Fire Prevention Association, and the Ohio Basic Building Code.
(c) Any citation for enforcement proceedings as described in subsection (b) hereof shall be prominently posted by the responsible person, as prescribed by the state fire code, at or near each place a violation referred to in the citation occurs.
