The most current editions of the Ohio Fire Code, National Fire Prevention Association, and the Ohio Basic Building Code as adopted herein apply to the use of all land and properties within the Village of South Russell and such other lands or properties owned by the Village of South Russell which are situated outside the corporate limits thereof. In the event of conflict between such Fire Codes, the more stringent provision shall apply.
