1480.04 SCOPE.

It is not intended by this chapter to repeal any existing ordinance but to supplement existing ordinances. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and any existing ordinance, the ordinance providing a greater degree of protection to the health, safety and general welfare of the Village shall prevail.
