Upon receipt by the Building Inspector for the Village of a written complaint or upon viewing by the Building Inspector of a violation of this chapter, and in the event that the Building Inspector determines that there is a violation of this chapter, the Building Inspector shall serve written notice using the form set forth below to the property owner, occupant or both of the property found to be in violation of this chapter. The notice shall provide a period of time not to exceed sixty days in which to remove, repair or take other such corrective actions as may be required to eliminate the violation set forth in the form.
