(a) Any person who submits property pursuant to Ohio R.C. Ch. 5311 shall, within seven days after filing with the County Recorder the declarations and other documents, file with the Fiscal Officer a duplicate copy thereof. This filing requirement shall also apply to any modification or amendment to previously filed declarations, bylaws or drawings.

(b) Such condominium declarations shall require the approval of the Planning Commission, which approval or disapproval shall be made within seven days of receipt of such declarations. The date of receipt is the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting after the submission of the declarations to the Planning Commission Clerk.
