1476.02 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   No parking lot shall be constructed unless the same is provided with adequate drainage properly connected to public storm sewers, is of an approved type of stabilized surface and is enclosed along street lines by use of a bumper curb, guardrail or fence, except for entrances and exits. The entrances and exits shall be so located as not to constitute a traffic hazard. Where the lot or land abuts on more than one street, the exits and entrances shall be so located as to require a minimum of traffic regulation and control. When a parking lot is open for use after dark, the lot or area shall be provided with adequate lights, which are so located and arranged that adjacent residential areas will be shielded therefrom. The parking area and all the land lying between the edge of the parking area and the street line shall be kept free from rubbish, garbage and other debris. (Ord. 1982-34. Passed 11-8-82.)
