1472.02 CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Construction within the Residential Multi-Family District shall be in conformity with Type 5A "protected" construction as defined in Table 401 of the Ohio Building Code. Concrete block, glass block, gypsum and other similar materials not approved by the Architectural Board of Review shall not be permitted.
